This 180ml gold square — 90 by 90 millimeters, 36mm deep — was originally developed for a ramen chain that needed a leakproof vessel for concentrated tonkotsu broth. The heat seal foil lid bonds to the rim using a resin coating that activates at 160–180°C. No folds, no crimps. Just a sealer machine and a perfect seal.

The gold lacquer isn't just for looks. Standard silver aluminum can react with acidic broths or tomato-based sauces, causing discoloration and a metallic taste. Our gold coating acts as a barrier, preventing direct contact between the food and the metal. The 8011 alloy we use comes from the Gongyi industrial base, where our factory is located — a major aluminum deep-processing hub in China.

Every tray is formed and packed in our 10,000㎡ dust free workshop. Production scrap goes through our closed-loop recycling system — compacted, reprocessed, and put back into the line. Nothing goes to landfill. Our new 78,000㎡ facility, operational in 2026, will run six automated lines with a daily output of 720,000 containers. You have two lid options. The heat seal foil lid creates a leakproof, tamper evident seal — ideal for soup delivery or frozen meal kits. The plastic snap on lid works for cold desserts or dry goods. While both lids are designed for single use, the plastic lid is made from food grade PET and can be rinsed and reused at home for storage or crafts. The choice depends on your customer's journey: a quick takeout soup needs the foil seal; a mousse cup for a dinner party might use the plastic lid so guests can keep the cup.
